I'm Too Impatient... The Future Rising


The future is taking too long. Lets skip time, shall we?

Hey there! This is medmapgod - medmapguy THREE full years from now. By this time, I, medmapgod, am successfully running an motor car insurance in a big insurance firm. I haven't blogged in this robotechflash.blog.com in a long time, and I've released countless wonderful digital art in the community. I've reached the pinnacle of my art skills, and I am more mature, more confident, and best of all, I've been reinstated to Robotech.com after Steve and McHenry realized I'm not such a bad guy after all! In fact, we're all good friends now.

I only blog now to tell you the wonderful news about the future two years from now!

Guys and gals, I've seen Shadow Chronicles 2: Shadow Rising. Don't believe me? Well don't! But I have. Aw man, the story's great. Tommy and his team really outdid themselves in terms of the animation. The next generation Alpha Fighter (which I won't reveal now in case I cause a time paradox) is awesome, and the action sequences rival the Clone Wars cartoon (yep, seen it too. Lucas rules) The Haydonites are so badass. They literally rise here, as the title suggests, and they kill a hell of a lot of people.

The romance subplots continue - Vince has an affair! Yes! Maia doesn't fall for Marcus too as everyone thought she would. Scott Bernard's story? Aw, would it be a spoiler to say this story ends in tragedy?

The only love story that actually got carried here was Louie. He got to see some hot, spicy action with Janice. Whoa man, those jugs are huge.

Hey, did anyone see this coming? Ariel sacrifices herself to save the Ark Angel. What a great, original idea. Tommy deserves props because Ariel is from the original show - so her death has meaning. Deep, like 20,000 leagues, man.

Aw, I can't wait for the television series! Yes! There will be a Robotech series! Sometime Christmas or Holiday of 2007, the 2 disc version of Robotech The Shadow Chronicles sold so well, it surpassed several top Hollywood productions such as Transformers DVD and Harry Potter: Order of the Pheonix. Funimation was so glad that they commissioned a 13-episode series after Shadow Rising!

Oh. Did I mention the XBOX360 Shadow Chronicles videogame to be released a month after this post? I'll spill more about that in the *ahem* future as well.

I tell you, when Kevin said that the future of Robotech was bright, he meant it! I will never doubt him again!

P.S.

There are still no flying cars in the future. We do have pills that turn into full meals though. How's that for progress?

4 - Economic downturn continued for two years. Rats. You could invest in a nice time deposit for that time instead!

By the way, overpopulation did spark a Soylent Green fad, but it died because manburgers were too high in fat and cholesterol. Damn. (Comment this)
